How long does a solar installation take?
Installation itself usually takes one to three days for a typical home. The full process — design, permits, inspection and utility approval — commonly takes several weeks, depending on your city and utility.
Do I need a battery with my solar system?
Not always. A battery lets you use stored solar energy in the evening and keeps essential circuits powered during outages. Whether it pays off depends on your utility rate plan and how you use energy — we'll walk through the numbers with you during your consultation.
Will I need a main panel upgrade?
Many older homes have a 100A (or smaller) electrical panel. Adding solar, a battery or an EV charger can require upgrading to 200A service. As licensed electricians, we check your panel during the consultation and handle the upgrade if it's needed.
What warranties do you offer?
Solar panels come with a 25-year manufacturer warranty, and we back our installation work with a 10-year workmanship warranty.
Do you handle permits and inspections?
